Senior UX Program Manager, Ads Research Enablement

Lead the commercialization of internal user product table data tables ensuring data integrity and vendor-led quality assurance to support UX teams. Drive adoption of the tables through democratized data access and integrating insights into early-stage product ideation and design thinking.

Own the participant pipeline health program for enterprise recruitment which includes initiatives to improve the participant lead sourcing process and grow the participant pipelines for researchers across Ads and Commerce teams.

Oversee vendor engagement, including budget management and headcount planning. Implement initiatives to streamline vendor workflows and improve operational efficiency.

Lead program management efforts for other workstreams which are related to participant pipeline health and data table infrastructure.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

6 years of experience with program management within design or UX organizations.

Experience with UX related projects and UX design, user research, or user centered development tools and methodologies.
-
Experience with SQL and data analytics to build and maintain automated dashboards and data tables that track UX health metrics and program performance over time.
