Develop firmware for deeply embedded microcontrollers in complex SoC projects.

Review hardware designs, prototype SW-based HW-mocks, and engage in HW/SW co-design efforts to engineer debug solutions that support all phases of the product life-cycle.

Work with early hardware prototypes, FPGAs, software simulation of SoC and subsystem designs to verify and enable functionality.

Develop modular firmware components to maximize code reusability across multiple related SOCs.

Develop firmware to maximize error reporting robustness in the system crashes/hardware failures, or to interface with SoC components, manage power and performance of custom IPs, implement high performance IPC mechanisms, and general firmware functions.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., C, C++).

3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.

3 years of experience working with embedded operating systems.
