Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.
Responsibilities

Drive and deliver a strong business strategy, manage the pipeline, and actively sell and pitch Google Ads solutions as an owner of C-level relationships of your portfolio companies. Be responsible for quarterly forecasting and achievement of sales targets.

Possess deep knowledge of the online industry, customers' business models and industries, understanding the competitive landscape, client products and key business challenges and opportunities that affect the client's growth.

Provide leadership, decision-making frameworks, analytic and measurement guidance and business judgment to drive projects and deliver business growth to customers. Advocate for digital media and act as a thought leader at industry conferences and workshops.
Minimum qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
-
8 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.

Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.
Preferred qualifications
-
Experience with Google Ad Solutions, and video advertising (AI-powered Performance and Video, CTV) and understanding of the competitor landscape across traditional and digital media advertising.

Experience working with performance marketing.
-
Experience working with the gaming, apps, finance or subscription business industry.
