Develop and implement standardized processes, tools, and best practices for efficient, scalable, and on-time fiber deployment worldwide.

Oversee a portfolio of complex, hyperscale fiber deployment programs, encompassing long-haul dark fiber, metro fiber, and leased capacity solutions.

Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including network engineers, carriers, vendors, and internal Google teams.

Cultivate a high-performing and team environment, fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, and professional growth.

Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

8 years of experience in program management.

5 years of experience in leadership role with direct reports.

Experience with fiber optic network design, deployment, and operations.
