Manage a team of risk and controls subject matter experts.

Identify, assess, and mitigate risks in the contingent workforce space, including operational, legal, reputational, cultural, and financial risks.

Develop and execute plans to assess risk impact and control design, including objectives, scope, approach, budgets, and timelines.

Formulate balanced recommendations to strengthen processes and controls in partnership with management and risk stakeholders, while monitoring and validating the completion of business mitigation plans.

Collaborate with policy and control owners across the organization to improve risk mitigation processes, while preparing reports to document the scope, procedures, findings, and recommendations of the work performed.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
-
10 years of experience in compliance, risk management, investigation, auditing, legal, or consulting.
-
5 years of experience in a people management, supervision, or team leadership role.
