Oversee manufacturing production and integrated yield.

Manage Outsourced Assembly and Test (OSAT) to oversee assembly and test production flow.

Help with daily management of production.

Drive improvement of production yield and test time through continuous improvement process.

Be involved in yield improvement and costs reduction while maintaining excellent product quality.

Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

2 years of experience in program management.

2 years of experience in test engineering or product engineering.

Experience in ATE test development for New Product Introduction (NPI) or High Volume Manufacturing (HVM).
