Senior UX Operations Program Manager, Shopping, UX
-
Guide and optimize UX operational processes for product development efficiency and flexibility, including scope definition and prioritization, documentation and tracking.

Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and support organization-wide business and manage a single, consolidated process for resource allocation and prioritization and participate in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and design reviews.

Identify high-priority issues in a given domain and bootstrap the initiatives to address them, working with cross-functional partners.

Define and execute program analysis that supports organizational transparency and decision-making, including portfolio strategy (headcount allocation and cross-functional team alignment and review) and organizational health and wellbeing.

Provide clear communication to executive leadership and stakeholders regarding operational status, risks, and priorities.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
-
6 years of program management experience within design or UX organizations.
-
Experience with UX related projects and UX design, user research, or user centered development tools and methodologies.
-
Experience leading day-to-day operations and initiatives across an organization.
