Data Analytics Solutions Specialist
About the job
Google's leadership team hand-picks thorny business challenges, and members of Biz Ops work in small teams to find solutions. As part of this team you fully immerse yourself in data collection, draw insight from analysis, and then zoom out to develop compelling, synthesized recommendations. Taking strategy one step further, you also persuasively communicate your recommendations to senior-level executives, roll-up your sleeves to help drive implementation and check back-in to see the impact of your recommendations.
In the Google Procurement Organization (GPO), our aim is to unlock the value for Google to reinvest in what matters most. We do this by bringing velocity, efficiency, and security to buying at Google, while partnering deeply across Google to deliver solutions fit for purpose. As a centralized organization operating in a high complexity environment, we bring "one voice" to stakeholders and suppliers to ensure the best outcomes. Our organization fosters a culture of collaboration and innovation while providing opportunities for ongoing career growth and development.
Within the Google Procurement Organization, the Digital Experience team is responsible for enabling and ensuring a consistent approach across the entire GPO through deep data insights and agile simple processes and technology, and focuses on developing GPO's processes, technology landscape and data architecture to create efficient, user-friendly, and integrated processes and systems that enhance GPO's capabilities, streamline operations, improve user experiences, and drive value for the organization.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing GPO's data and reporting capabilities, and empowering stakeholders with actionable insights through various reporting tools to facilitate data-driven decision-making and enhance operational efficiency.
