The US base salary range for this full-time position is $207,000-$300,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• Lead the technical strategy for the Generative AI pillar of our horizontal platform focusing on building an extensible agent platform designed to simplify and automate horizontal compliance execution.

• Perform automated static analysis on code and deployment configurations, offering immediate feedback and auto-generating code to bring features and products into compliance or remediate compliance defects.

• Provide Chat Assistance (provides instant support and real-time answers to technical questions, helping developers understand complex horizontal requirements) and Tooling Integration.

• Streamline the on-boarding process to horizontal owners to the platform.

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

• 8 years of experience programming in C++, Java, Python, Kotlin or Go.

• 5 years of experience testing, and launching software products.

• 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.

• Experience with Generative AI, Generative AI Agent, and Software Architecture.

Preferred qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.

• 8 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.

• 5 years of experience in designing and developing platforms.

• 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.

• 3 years of experience in building AI agents and leveraging Generative AI.
