In this role, you will be working with new customers as they go through an onboarding period, you set the goal and the strategy for their products and services. You will have a set of new customers for six months to make them grow the next generation of customers for Google. You work with an engaged, fun team and bring creativity to grow and transform. You will use your strengths in product knowledge, consultative promoting, and account management. You will work cross-functionally with our Acquisitions, Product, Program, and Same-Store teams.

Responsibilities

Build and manage relationships with clients, and develop an understanding of their business challenges, marketing objectives, and metrics.

Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure workflows and projects are completed on time to a standard.

Plan for, and achieve, growth goals, through the presentation of Google advertising products/solutions that will help clients to meet their marketing objectives.

Develop data-driven analysis and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, and quantify impact opportunities with clear recommendations to present to customers.

Build knowledge of how Google advertising products work and can be used to help meet a wide range of marketing objectives.
Minimum qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
-
2 years of experience in advertising, sales, marketing, consulting, or media.
-
Ability to communicate in Mandarin and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications
-
Experience in launching and managing paid digital advertising campaigns, and other digital marketing platforms.
-
Experience working with channel business, advertisers, agencies, or clients.
-
Experience in assessing and achieving clients via business techniques, including questioning, objection handling, and competitive promoting.

Experience in application or gaming industry
-
Ability to manage and prioritize a portfolio in an advertising or media business context, and to achieve goals to drive growth.

Ability to build narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy.
