  • 5 years of experience in managing programs in global operations or infrastructure (e.g., data centers).

  • Experience designing training for mid-to-executive management.

  • Experience managing community-facing initiatives or workforce development with external stakeholders.

  • Experience integrating AI tools (LLMs, automation) into workflows and using data-driven insights to measure program return on investment and scalability.
