About the job

At Google, we put our users first. The world is always changing, so we need Product Managers who are continuously adapting and excited to work on products that affect millions of people every day.

In this role, you will work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds. You can break down complex problems into steps that drive product development.

One of the many reasons Google consistently brings innovative, world-changing products to market is because of the collaborative work we do in Product Management. Our team works closely with creative engineers, designers, marketers, etc. to help design and develop technologies that improve access to the world's information. We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.

The Growth team is a key part of Google Store's strategy, focused on driving the overall health and expansion of our business. We are looking for an entrepreneurial product leader to help us build the future of ecommerce at Google.

As a Product Manager for Growth, you will be the architect of how we drive sales and customer lifecycle value. You will lead the evolution of our promotional ecosystem—moving from static discounts to a dynamic promotions engine that delivers personalized growth at scale. Beyond promotions, you will own the evolution of our Global Trade-In program, turning it into a seamless lever for customer acquisition and device upgrades.

Google Store is our omnichannel, global retailer, leveraging the best of Google to help customers experience our award-winning devices and services. Our team is responsible for a vast portfolio that supports the entire customer journey, from product discovery to upgrading their next device. This portfolio includes the My Pixel app distributed with every Pixel phone, the Google Store global e Commerce platform, our leading edge retail point-of-sale system, and AI-driven algorithms for customer lifecycle management.

The Store team applies Google's AI to solve complex, real-world problems across our growing global footprint of online and brick-and-mortar storefronts. This ranges from AI-enhanced site operations to agentic AI shopping assistance, ensuring a seamless and intelligent experience at every touchpoint.

The Store team is committed to providing team members with the opportunity to build their applied AI skillset, so that we may ultimately help our customers connect with the best of Google.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $156,000-$229,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Learn more about benefits at Google.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the product goal and roadmap for our promotion strategy, leveraging AI and agentic systems to efficiently grow the Pixel business globally.

  • Own and optimize our promotional and sales-driving levers, working cross-functionally to define and launch strategies to improve conversion and customer experience across the store.

  • Manage the expansion of our trade-in program, continuously improving the user experience and business outcomes for growth.

  • Drive the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and iteration, for these growth initiatives.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure seamless integration of growth features across the entire purchase journey while maintaining brand integrity.

Minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 5 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.

  • 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc.).

  • Experience in ecommerce, hardware, or subscriptions growth.

Preferred qualifications

  • Master's degree in a Technology or Business related field.
