Manage, inspire and motivate a team of client-facing and high-performing Googlers. Build a team structure, recognize leadership potential and support career development through enhancing capabilities within the team.Provide coaching on engaging with stakeholders of GRCN App Dev clients.

Engage with executive internal cross-functional, cross-product area or cross-region stakeholders and executives to incubate the apps ecosystem to foster continuous quality App developers pipelines.

Assess the needs of the customers and gather user feedback to improve upon existing solutions. Design and iterate workflows and operational plans for large-scale ideas.

Execute projects involving quantitative analysis, industry research and strategic development. Work with cross-functional teams to align on the global GCS Sales priorities.

As a manager for Greater China (GRCN) App Dev Scaled Program, you will lead with scale in mind. This includes inspiring and leading the team to build solutions to scalably engage the torso and tail clients to maximize their business goals through Google ads products, and to provide the right level of support to improve the business profitability and sustainability of the torso and tail clients in the ecosystem. You will need to work with cross-product area executive stakeholders to foster a quality App ecosystem to ensure a continuous and sustainable influx of quality Apps Developers. You will engage deeply with mobile-first businesses, exceed growth goals, and drive change to accelerate Google’s position in the fast-growing and strategic business of app install. You will be part of a team dedicated to helping mobile application developers grow their business using Google products and services.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

11 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, mobile app, or internet, or 8 years of experience with an advanced degree.

Ability to communicate in English and Chinese fluently, to support the Greater China clients and stakeholders.
