In this role, you will work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds. You can break down complex problems into steps that drive product development.

Our team works closely with creative engineers, designers, marketers, etc. to help design and develop technologies that improve access to the world's information. We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.
In this role, you will define the goal and tactics for building enterprise-grade products, including Healthcare APIs and Risk AI models that solve complex global problems. You will manage the interoperability of fragmented healthcare data to directly impact the future of financial crime detection and prevention, you will own key product areas that require a deep understanding of AI/ML technologies and their real-world applications.

Responsibilities

Define the goal, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise-grade products, including Google Cloud’s Healthcare API and Risk AI portfolios, while driving expansion into new global regions.

Lead the design and specification of new features (e.g., FHIR-based APIs, medical imaging, and AML detection) by authoring comprehensive PRDs and identifying key opportunities for growth.

Manage critical relationships with global banks and innovative healthcare organizations, participate in executive briefings for C-suite audiences and navigate enterprise readiness or incident response.

Collaborate with cross-functional data science teams to optimize model quality, recommend best practices for labeling, sampling, and AI-driven investigations.

Balance feature requests and project delivery across multiple modalities using robust frameworks that weigh effort and complexity against OKRs and customer value.
Minimum qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
-
5 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
-
2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc).

Experience with the domain area of Generative AI or LLM's.
Preferred qualifications
-
3 years of experience shipping AI products, and in Generative AI, large models, and balancing model quality with cost/benefit tradeoffs.

Experience in API design (REST/JSON) and industry-specific data standards (FHIR, HL7, ICD-10, SNOMED) or EHR systems (Epic/Cerner).

Experience in risk, compliance, or healthcare (Provider/Payer/Life Sciences) within frameworks like HIPAA, GxP, or financial risk governance.

Ability to drive goals, PRDs, and GTM strategy while managing complex cross-functional stakeholders and global launches.

Ability to think strategically with ambiguity, iterating for product-market fit, and presenting to C-suite audiences.
