In this role, you will join the Analytics Artificial Intelligence (AI) organization (supporting Big Query and Looker products) to design software services for data analytics and AI. You will collaborate with a team to research, explore, and develop solutions that use Machine Learning (ML) and Generative AI for Google Cloud Data Analytics.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $174,000-$252,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of large-scale software services that revolutionize data analytics, with a focus on Machine Learning and Generative AI applications.

• Collaborate closely with technical leads to launch innovative solutions leveraging the power of Large Language Models, Agents and other advanced AI techniques.

• Navigate unexplored areas by prototyping and researching solutions for groundbreaking ML projects in Big Query.

• Engage with product managers and customers to decipher requirements and translate them into actionable technical specifications, while identifying opportunities to integrate ML and Generative AI solutions.

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

• 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages.

• Experience with Python and Java.

• Experience with ML and Generative AI concepts.

• Experience with GCP services, including Data Analytics and Vertex AI.

Preferred qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.

• Experience in Machine Learning especially in generative AI.

• Experience in large-scale data systems.

• Experience in building Gen AI Agents.

• Experience with Data Analytics, Big Query.
