The US base salary range for this full-time position is $183,000-$265,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities
-
Lead and mentor a team of technical analysts to ensure the delivery of analytics and technical infrastructure to power the global YouTube partner manager incentives infrastructure.

Own the strategy for incentives development, delivering engaging roadmaps and executive communications to align leadership and cross-functional partners.

Partner with engineering, product activation, and analytics teams to ensure the seamless delivery and integration of technical solutions.

Oversee the full development lifecycle from initial prototyping to launch and maintenance, serving as a "player-coach".

Advocate industry best practices across the technical community, driving advancements in AI-driven workflows, data modeling, and code review while leading continuous internal process improvements.
Minimum qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
-
7 years of experience in designing and building technical systems that utilize relational databases (e.g., SQL) and programming in languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
-
2 years of experience in people management.
-
2 years of experience in managing projects and presenting to the stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications
-
Master’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering or Applied Science, or a related field.

10 years of experience delivering impact in technical roles.
-
Experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or similar.
-
Experience working in a cross-functional environment across multiple teams, including product and engineering teams.

Ability to formulate data-driven proposals along with excellent problem-solving skills.
-
Excellent project management and leadership skills.
