Lead and grow a team of system hardware engineers that deliver Data Center products. Define hardware product roadmap, system features and implementation plan.

Own end-to-end hardware system design architecture and product development, collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project timelines and deliverables.

Partners with silicon, software, data center deployment and operational teams and Contract Manufacturer (CM)/Joint Development Manufacturer (JDM)/Original Design Manufacturer (ODM) from prototype, engineering builds to mass production deployment.

Lead cross-functional team to address any technical and deployment issues.

Collaborate with key hardware vendors and suppliers to drive the industry ecosystem to meet Google’s future needs.

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

6 years of experience working in a data center, enterprise or relevant technical environment (e.g., hardware).

5 years of experience in technical leadership.
