Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 5 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.

  • Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.

  • Ability to communicate in English fluently to engage with clients in the region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in a business related field.

  • 3 years of experience managing digital marketing and advertising campaigns and relationships with customers or agencies.

  • 2 years of project management experience, working in a structured organization.

  • 1 year of leadership experience.

  • Knowledge of building brands, brand awareness and performance with an understanding of YouTube, creators economy and engaged landscape.

In this role, you will deliver the team's plan for managed accounts such as identifying customer needs, campaign or product implementation, optimization, product adoption and expansion, and core account hygiene. You will develop opportunities for key clients (e.g., campaigns, meetings that matter, brilliant basics). You will take ownership for delivering against the book of business revenue objectives and contributes to team success. You will also plan and execute prioritized work in plan for managed accounts, selecting methods to achieve plan objectives.

You will troubleshoot customer problems with and triage when necessary and will identify and recommend creative ways to improve resolving defined problems by selecting better methods/tools. You will identify customer needs and translate their objectives into the right upsell solutions that can help clients meet KPIs. You will identify stakeholders within Google to build network and contribute to cross-team collaborations.

Responsibilities

  • Engage and influence key customer stakeholders by leading meetings to uncover marketing goals and key performance indicators, translating them into actionable campaign strategies. Lead the sportsbetting and gaming portfolio in the team along side to the AE.
  • Drive exceptional campaign results, quantify business impact, and demonstrate value to customers, maintaining account hygiene.
  • Build and pitch data-driven solutions to maximize customer value through Google’s advertising solutions, handle objections, and ultimately achieve sales growth targets.
  • Analyze campaign data, ensuring performance is accurately tracked, and delivering measurable results aligned with customer objectives.
  • Monitor performance data to extract key insights, identifying and cultivating qualified upsell opportunities to drive future customer growth and build pipeline.
