Responsibilities
-
Deliver against quarterly business growth and product growth goals.
-
Own a portfolio of medium and large size businesses by thoroughly understanding growth drivers, identifying opportunities for growth, managing risks, and building multi-quarter plans for achievement.

Consult with customers proactively to support annual digital marketing discussions.
-
Deliver outstanding customer experience and achieve customer business and marketing objectives.
-
Establish credibility with executives and serve as a trusted partner to optimize and expand business.
Minimum qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
-
8 years of experience in sales, media sales, account management, marketing or consulting.
-
Ability to communicate in English and German fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
-
Ability to travel 20% of the time as required.
Preferred qualifications
-
Experience managing digital advertising campaigns with a focus on performance marketing.
-
Experience assessing and achieving client success via business techniques, including effective questioning, objection managing, and engaged promotions.

Knowledge of online marketing strategy and tactics.
-
Ability to own a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context in Germany, and exceed quotas and drive growth.

Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy.
-
Excellent thought leadership and executive functioning skills within the digital marketing environment.
