Act as the core Subject Matter Expert (SME) within Cloud Supply Chain Organization (CSCO) for all extended workforce (xWF) operations, including onboarding, systems access, and compliance requirements.

Develop, document, and deploy a standardized governance framework and playbook for all extended workforce programs within the cloud supply chain organization.

Partner with extended workforce and other cross-functional teams to implement and scale modern, attribute-based access controls, supporting the migration to next-generation identity and access models.

Develop and implement a proactive risk management program to identify, monitor, and mitigate operational, security, and compliance risks associated with the extended workforce.

Track, analyze, and report on key metrics to measure the business impact, operational efficiency, and compliance posture of the xWF program portfolio.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

5 years of experience in program or project management.

Experience in vendor management or contingent workforce operations.

Experience designing and implementing global contingent workforce programs and strategies.
