About the job
As an Analytical Lead, you will help global customers to achieve outcomes through measurement, analytics, and insights. You will be responsible for discovering clients measurement setup and gaps, developing a road map to improve their measurement capabilities, executing first-party/third-party measurement projects and leveraging measurement recommendations to improve media effectiveness. You will work directly with clients and own client relationships with key decision makers, including executive leaders in marketing, strategy, and analytics teams. You will navigate cross-functional teams and influence without authority, and build trust and motivate change both internally and externally.

Responsibilities

Advance measurement maturity with Google’s global customers.

Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders and earn their trust and test the status quo together by telling stories with data, both visually and verbally.

Build and strengthen relationships with influential cross-functional teams to deliver the best of Google to our clients.

Analyze internal and external data identify opportunities, anticipate risks, develop solutions to customer marketing issues, and measure success.

Advise on marketing analytics, including attribution, lifetime value, customer segmentation, behavior insights, data integration, and measurement.
Minimum qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
-
8 years of experience in media analytics, advertising sales, digital media and marketing, consulting, or financial analysis.
-
Experience working in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
Preferred qualifications
-
1 year of experience with marketing measurement and attribution techniques (e.g., offline measurement, MMM, MTA, attribution) and Google advertising products (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Marketing Platform, etc).

Familiarity with brand and performance marketing and measurement solutions (e.g., MMM, Experiments, MTA, incrementality, etc.).

Ability to analyze large datasets and distill them into actionable insights that are presented in a logical and compelling story.

Ability to work with practitioners.
