In this role, you will engage with mobile businesses, exceed growth goals, and drive change to Google’s position in the business of app install. You will be part of a team dedicated to helping mobile application developers grow their business using Google products and services. You will take ownership of app install business in the assigned market from setting strategy and driving execution to reach the market growth goals. You will work with new and existing customers to help grow their business by providing solutions and insights to drive app discovery and engagement. You will reach out to new and existing clients with solutions and insights, from account optimizations, product betas, to performance reviews.

Responsibilities

  • Work with mobile first companies to help them reach their business growth goals.

  • Deliver against assigned sales goals and manage the pipeline to develop a strategy for sustained success.

  • Identify and pursue opportunities in the book of business, prioritize accounts, manage objections, and evaluate campaign effectiveness.

  • Collaborate with mobile focused cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and develop client specific pitches, strategies and sales recommendations to realize mobile app developer clients success.

  • Strategize opportunities for growth across all of Google’s marketing products, including app campaigns, Google Search, the Google Display Network and YouTube.

Minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 5 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, digital media sales, business development, online media environment, or a digital marketing role.

  • Ability to communicate in English and Chinese fluently in order to communicate in a customer-facing sales role.

Preferred qualifications

  • Master's degree in a business related field.

  • Experience in working with clients and building relationships with executive-level stakeholders.

  • Experience in optimizing and troubleshooting products or services.

  • Experience with gaming or mobile app industry.

  • Knowledge of Google App Solutions.
