Act as a high-level problem solver, empowered to write bespoke code, develop custom tooling, and even contribute directly to the core product codebase to resolve critical customer issues.

Systematize your learnings from customer engagements by creating reusable tools, building documentation and accelerators, and establishing best practices that can be used across the organization.

Serve as a critical feedback loop to our core product and developing teams. Synthesize firsthand insights from the field to influence product strategy, identify feature gaps.

Act as a subject matter expert, providing technical guidance and best practices to customers on agent improvement, performance tuning, Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, and production readiness.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

8 years of experience in software development.

5 years of experience testing, and launching software products, and 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.

5 years of experience with one or more of the following: Speech/audio (e.g., technology duplicating and responding to the human voice), reinforcement learning (e.g., sequential decision making), ML infrastructure, or specialization in another ML field.

5 years of experience with ML design and ML infrastructure (e.g., model deployment, model evaluation).

Experience with core GenAI concepts (e.g., LLM, Multi-Modal) and with text, image, or audio generation.
