Strategy and Operations Lead, Regulation, AUNZ (Fixed-Term Contract)

Develop cross-functional plans, and deliver insights and recommendations that shape the AUNZ operating strategy. Define and solve problems and opportunities that impact the corporate reputation.

Partner with the Google AUNZ leadership team and global stakeholders to provide guidance and coordination on regulatory topics.

Establish and maintain business cadences and internal stakeholder relationships to deliver together on priorities and best practices.

Develop external intelligence and insights in the market, to enable cross-functional decision-making. Collaborate with executive stakeholders through strategy development and program management.

Lead planning and execution for the AUNZ business, collaborating with the cross-functional leadership team to identify and prioritize key focus areas. Enhance initiatives by incorporating program management best practices, data-motivated insights, and executive communication strategies.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
-
6 years of experience with go-to-market strategy, sales operations, strategy and operations, management consulting, finance, or program management.
