• Enable and optimize product on-time delivery by actively managing material, capacity, and product-specific levers.

• Manage the program for the sourcing of networking products at global agreement manufacturers.

• Drive mitigation efforts to minimize liability of excess and obsolete inventory caused by demand reductions, platform transitions, and product moves.

• Scale product capacity, materials, and processes and drive improvement of product cost baselines.

• Collaborate with the manufacturing operations and planning teams to identify and drive opportunities to improve product on-time delivery.

The GMO organization consists of functions including partner management, contract manufacturer operations, manufacturing engineering, product engineering, materials management, procurement operations, spares and decom operations, and build planning and execution.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

• 2 years of experience in program or project management.
