The Primary Research and Insights team within Technology and Insights designs and executes studies using a variety of consumer research approaches and investigative methods. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $148,000-$215,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

Lead the design and execution of consumer research studies, including Conjoint Analysis, to inform business decisions.

Analyze and synthesize research data to translate findings into actionable insights and recommendations for Go-To-Market (GTM) and product teams.

Understand and quantify the market size, forecast product uptake, and identify key value drivers for new product concepts in sports, music, and media, leveraging a variety of data sources.

Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Product Management, Strategy, Business Development, Marketing, and Finance to integrate research findings into business cases and planning.

Present research methodologies, findings, and recommendations clearly and persuasively to audiences, including executives.
Minimum qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Quantitative Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

6 years of experience working in data analytics, consulting, data science, engineering, or a technical operations role.

Experience in conjoint analysis, qualitative research, and survey design.
Preferred qualifications
-
Experience conducting research within consumer-facing industries.

Experience influencing executive leadership on problem-solving decision making.

Experience in data analysis, with the ability to solve problems in fast-moving and ambiguous business environments through solid data intuition and business acumen.

Ability to communicate analysis and recommendations across a wide range of non-technical audiences.
