  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of product managers, guiding them to deliver cohesive strategies across complex, interconnected developer problem spaces.

Minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 10 years of experience in product management or related technical role.

  • 5 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc).

  • 5 years of experience in people management, with technical leadership.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience building or leading developer-focused products (IDE features, APIs, CLIs or developer platforms).

  • Experience leading, hiring and developing product management teams, including performance management, and organization design.

  • Experience owning product strategy across multiple products.

  • Experience in the domain area of AI development for developers across the software development lifecycle.

  • Excellent technical skills to engage with engineering.
