Architect and lead the development of a highly modular passes platform, enabling developers to create feature-rich, data-rich, and visually appealing passes.

Design and deploy base platform modules (such as Geo-Location, Review, and Live Action) that partners can easily adopt to drive user engagement.

Drive technical initiatives to improve pass quality across Google Wallet.

Ensure platform reliability and performance for passes, making Wallet a premium offering across Android.

Provide technical leadership, participate actively in code reviews, and mentor other engineers to maintain code quality and establish unified Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) and data models.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages.

3 years of experience with full stack development across back-end such as Java or Kotlin and front-end experience.

3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products.

1 year of experience with software design and architecture.
