The US base salary range for this full-time position is $111,000-$159,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Operate as a full-lifecycle recruiter driving L4-L5 technical talent acquisition by both building pipeline and closing candidates.

  • Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from application stage to offer, evaluating skill level, driving the interview process and offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations and closing of candidates.

  • Source active and passive candidates through employee referrals, networking, internal databases, contact lists and research.

  • Negotiate complex offers to close candidates by leveraging and partnering with executive management, and other groups as necessary.

  • Communicate effectively with the interview team to ensure preparedness during the interview process. Share and exchange information with all levels of management.

Minimum qualifications

  • 3 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, business development, business operations or account management.

  • 2 years of recruiting experience at an agency or in-house recruiting team.

Preferred qualifications

  • 3 years of experience recruiting for technical or non-technical profiles in an agency or corporate setting.

  • Experience closing candidates and negotiating complex compensation packages leveraging experience with engaging for top technical talent.

  • Experience solving complex problems and delivering significant impact as a unique contributor.

  • Ability to handle customer relationship management and work in a large-team environment, with excellent customer consultative skills.

  • Excellent communication and people management skills, with the ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships.

  • Proven track record of personal accountability with excellent work ethic, integrity, and proven organizational skills with attention to detail.
