The US base salary range for this full-time position is $136,000-$197,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities
- Recruit and hire engineering candidates across all levels for Google Cloud Silicon initiatives. Lead the strategy for our custom silicon recruiting roadmap, achieving quarterly goals while aligning with hardware execution cycles.
Minimum qualifications

5 years of experience in full-lifecycle recruiting within the semiconductor, high-performance computing, or AI infrastructure industries.

3 years of recruiting experience in one of the following domains: Silicon Engineering (e.g., Computer Architecture, Silicon Design, Physical Design, CAD, or Product and Test), Hardware Engineering, or Technical Infrastructure.
Preferred qualifications

Experience solving operational problems as an individual contributor.

Experience closing executive-level technical candidates and navigating structures within the silicon industry.

Familiarity with the semiconductor and AI accelerator landscape, including the silicon life-cycle from pre-silicon to post-silicon.
