Responsibilities

Grow small-sized businesses in Germany with significant expansion potential.

Establish relationships by conducting regular phone consultations and sales pitches with a large portfolio of clients, using your sales, problem-solving and objection managing skills to operate in a fluid environment, reaching for ambitious business and productivity goals.

Deliver effective solutions to high potential small businesses from all verticals and business models, in each stage of their journey, in the most efficient way for the business and with a high performing sales team at scale.

Use commercial acumen, to uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and achieve their marketing objectives while generating incremental business goals through our industry leading advertising solutions.
Minimum qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
-
2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.
-
Ability to communicate in English and German fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications
-
Certification in Google Digital Workshop.
-
Experience in strategically assessing and achieving client success via proven sales techniques, including effective discovery questioning, objection handling, and consultative selling.

Familiarity with Google Ads and online advertising.
-
Ability to own a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context in German, and consistently overachieve quotas to drive growth.

Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at a time while paying attention to detail.

Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy, and influence stakeholders internally and externally to deliver impact.
