Direct the GTM roadmap for international expansion and scaling. Evaluate market readiness and adapt commercial models to ensure successful, localized entry into global territories.

Lead market research to identify target audiences and growth opportunities. Define customer personas to guide messaging, translating insights into actionable product and partnership roadmap recommendations.

Design the promotional lifecycle and merchandising strategy for the m Commerce storefront. Execute integrated campaigns and offer programming to elevate user value and drive long-term ecosystem growth.

Own internal operational processes to enable product expansion. Manage complex timelines and secure approvals across Legal, Regulatory, and Finance, collaborating with leadership to execute integrated GTM plans.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

6 years of experience in marketing working across one or more marketing fields (i.e., growth, product marketing, brand marketing, social).

2 years of experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.

Experience managing agreements or partnerships and GTM strategies.
