Program Manager, Cloud Supply Chain Process and Capabilities

Enable Supply Chain execution for business teams through development and adoption of best practices, processes and digital capabilities on existing or new Supply Chain platforms.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate gaps in existing processes and platforms. Collectively identify, document and manage business requirements.

Deliver digital capabilities, and enhancements as per project and product roadmap. Execute delivery per project plan, and identify and assess risks. Develop mitigation plans, and align stakeholders with communications.

Translate business requirements to functional and technical designs, map end-to-end process flows through collaboration with partner teams. Develop and review integration, user acceptance and associated program test plans.

Support deployment of new capabilities, provide hypercare and address post roll-out issues, change management, training and communications to stakeholders.

Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.

2 years of experience in program management.

Experience with supply chain management, system implementation, requirements gathering.
