Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 2 years of experience in business, marketing, consulting or any other relevant field.

  • Ability to communicate in English and Korean fluently to interact in this customer-facing role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in building a book of business from scratch (prospecting), ensuring the management and fulfillment of strategic targets, and in developing associated agreements.
  • Experience in educating new advertisers on the benefits of transitioning from traditional media to digital marketing strategies.
  • Experience with exceeding quota attainment.
  • Understanding of the online advertising industry.
  • Ability to be an independent self-initiator, comfortable with ambiguity, and thrive in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide comprehensive advertising solutions to prospective clients.

New Business Sales (NBS) acquires high-value, sustainable advertisers for Google. The Customer Acquisitions team helps clients realize the full potential of digital advertising to achieve their business goals.

As part of an entrepreneurial, client-focused team, you serve as the "human face" of Google, helping entrepreneurs build their online presence and grow. Collaborating as a strategist and analyst, you spot customer trends and implement effective business plans. Your knowledge of online media and problem-solving skills shape how businesses grow. Using relationship-building expertise, you provide Google-caliber service and market analysis. You uncover client needs, align them with our products, and set the strategy to reach thousands of users.

Responsibilities
