Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.
  • Ability to communicate in Spanish fluently to engage with clients in the region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience managing digital marketing and advertising campaigns, projects, and relationships with customers or agencies.
  • Experience with Google Ads and online marketing best practices.
  • Ability to deliver against an assigned quota while managing multiple projects at a time.
  • Ability to take initiative and work well in a team environment.

In this role, you will use your influencing and relationship-building skills, provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. Responsibilities

  • Build and manage relationships with clients virtually or face-to-face by meeting with multiple clients on a daily basis and developing an understanding of their business issues, marketing objectives, and success metrics.
  • Collaborate within the sales team, aligning workflow among team members to execute on plan and ensure accountability to meet or exceed goals while prioritizing and delivering outstanding customer experience.
  • Plan for, and achieve, growth goals including but not limited to quarterly revenue and productivity targets, through the presentation of Google advertising products/solutions that will help clients to meet their marketing objectives.
  • Build and pitch data-driven solutions to maximize customer value through Google’s advertising solutions, handle objections, and ultimately achieve sales growth targets.
