Responsibilities

  • Define strategy and collaborate with the group around a shared goal.

  • Design, develop and maintain software components to support confidential computing use-cases for Google Cloud Security.

  • Own the quality of the work by writing extensive unit and integration tests.

  • Contribute towards building technical capabilities in the India team by mentoring or coaching other team members, promoting a culture of learning and growth within the team.

  • Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure quality software deliverables.

Minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 8 years of experience with technical leadership in software development.

  • Experience in leading through technical and organizational tests.

  • Experience in collaborating within distributed engineering organizations.

  • Experience with developing virtualization or operating system security.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience in platform security.

  • Experience with Linux, operating systems internals, Virtual Machine Extensions (VMX), Kernel development, drivers.

  • Experience with system programming or kernel development.
