In this role, you will manage a portfolio of growth internet businessesfocusing on key business units that are the largest contributors of sector growth in 2025. Driving customer value and revenue growth is the primary focus of this role. You will require a rare blend of high EQ and structure someone who can influence decision-makers by demonstrating exactly how Google solutions translate into business results. You will be expected to quarterback the activation of digital marketing strategies, ensuring ideas are converted into opportunities.

You will lead high-impact engagements, navigating complex organizational structures to deliver transformational digital solutions that outpace the market. These clients are landmark brands and industry pioneers that value transformative ideas and expert execution to expand their customer base and grow market share. This includes both external and internal stakeholder management, requiring sophisticated coordination across the Google ecosystem.

Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $138,000-$200,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Drive growth for a portfolio of internet businesses through Search and YouTube advertising solutions.

  • Build and manage relationships with C-level clients to understand business objectives and success metrics.

  • Lead a cross-functional internal team to collaborate on projects and drive long-term client success.

  • Present data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals and return on investment.

  • Execute operational initiatives including joint business plans and quarterly business reviews.

Minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 8 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.

  • Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.

  • Ability to travel 30% of time for client meetings and training, as required.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience building trusted-advisor relationships with C-level executives, and managing multiple projects, business leads, and internal stakeholders.

  • Experience with video advertising (AI-powered performance and video, CTV), with an understanding of the performer landscape across traditional and digital media advertising.

  • Ability to sell/propose creative technologies across a landscape of various decision makers.

  • Ability to develop joint business plans in ambiguous environments, influence/collaborate across organizations, and drive business success for the customer and Google.

  • Excellent thinking skills, systems thinking, and the ability to align strategies to deliver customer business outcomes.
