Design and implement improved delivery processes, leveraging root cause analysis and baseline Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to optimize business operations and ensure the reliable achievement of objectives.

Manage third-party monitoring and troubleshooting vendors, facilitating technical escalations and coordinating engineering efforts to maintain high-quality network services.

Guide the coordination and execution of large-scale networking projects through the Product Life Cycle (PLC), collaborating with engineering teams to launch and iterate network products.

Develop reporting to track scope, schedule, budget, and risks, while actively managing stakeholder communications to address issues and ensure timely delivery.

Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

8 years of experience in program management.
