Lead the end-to-end technical program management of complex, multi-functional programs, from planning and delivery to tracking and reporting, while exercising independent judgment and develop recommendations that translate into a course of action.

Drive program-level meetings with stakeholders, technical teams, and cross-product area partners to manage outcomes, communicate progress, and secure decisions.

Identify and mitigate technical and production risks to ensure successful delivery and maintain the reliability of the systems.

Conduct technical due diligence to understand engineering scope, define milestones, and anticipate resource needs, while driving project delivery and technology reviews, applying technical judgment to challenge proposals and build consensus among teams.

Collaborate across Private Compute teams to align on dependencies and co-ordinate execution plans, identifying and implementing opportunities for automation, velocity, and simplification.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

5 years of experience with technical program management, leading cross-functional software or infrastructure programs.

Experience delivering cloud, infrastructure, or distributed systems to production (e.g., platform, backend, SRE, or systems engineering environments).

Experience working directly with infrastructure or reliability teams (e.g., SRE, platform, DevOps, data center, or backend engineering).

Experience managing cross-functional, multi-team programs with multiple dependencies.
