Lead complex, cross-functional transformation projects from inception to close. Translate strategy into actionable roadmaps and drive consensus on business requirements across finance and engineering.

Implement governance structures through Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) lifecycle. Manage risks, identify remediation plans, and communicate status to executive stakeholders.

Work cross-functionally to document workflows, identify gaps, and propose improvements. Define/monitor key metrics measuring business impact of improvements, ensuring alignment with the organization’s goal.

Build strong relationships across functions and product areas. Influence decision-making at the executive management level and facilitate effective working group meetings to move objectives forward.

Serve as a leader within the team mentoring junior program managers, coaching on best practices, and leading workstreams that may include other team members.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

10 years of experience in management consulting, project management, or a multi-national company.

Experience leading multiple, cross-functional projects, and identifying and implementing process improvements.

Experience influencing and communicating at all organizational levels, including partnering with executive teams.
