  • PhD in Power Electronics, a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience with power electronics and various power conversion designs for data center power delivery.
  • Experience with power converter modeling and simulation.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in power converter design including AC/DC rectifiers, battery backup unit, DC/DC multiphase converters, etc.
  • Experience with data center product hardware and system design.
  • Experience in power system design.
  • Ability to start a full-time role in 2026.

Responsibilities

  • Provide power engineering insight to design and develop system and subsystem boards for next generation server and storage products that involve new technologies or new uses of multiple existing technologies.
  • Engage cross-functionally to ensure successful roll-out, testing and complete validation.
  • Partner with power industry leaders to lead the evaluation and adoption of the most compelling technologies.
  • Provide technical leadership and direction while troubleshooting complex system level power delivery issues.
  • Provide sustaining engineering support and optimize hardware design on existing products.
