Act as the primary contact for high-stakes partners (top creators, creator agencies), managing engagement, tracking business metrics, and ensuring brand reputation as their primary platform.

Identify opportunities to scale the ecosystem and lead shaping and execution of key initiatives (for example: initiatives at the scale of Brand Deals, Shopping, Fan driven monetization, and other upcoming initiatives), including pivoting existing partnerships or launching new initiatives to address market shifts.

Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Legal, Go-To-Market ,Marketing and PR teams to align resources and ensure product excellence and growth opportunities for creators.

Address technical and business inquiries using various problem-solving approaches to reach optimal outcomes for both Google and the partner.

Execute industry research to inform product strategy and manage account priorities and resource allocation.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

7 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking.

Ability to communicate in English and Japanese fluently as this is a customer-facing role that requires communicating with clients and stakeholders locally and internationally.
