Develop manufacturing assembly processes via cross-functional collaboration with product design, quality, and operations teams to ensure excellent manufacturability and product quality.

Provide on-site support for prototype builds. Oversee automation vendor engagement and equipment bring-up and maintenance.

Assess manufacturing processes through the use of statistical methods and six sigma techniques. Define data collection requirements, identify root causes of yield loss, manufacture process non-conformities, and implement necessary corrective actions.

Evaluate existing factory processes and identify opportunities for savings and improvement through the use of automation.

Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

2 years of experience in program management.

Experience with manufacturing automation.

Experience with 3D CAD.
