Account Manager, Workspace, SMB (English)

The Google Cloud Small/Medium Businesses (SMB) team focuses on working with small and medium-sized businesses, startups, and digital native customers.
As an Account Manager, you will help to develop the business, bring Google's portfolio into SMB companies around the world, and manage customer and stakeholder relationships with ease.Google Cloud accelerates every organization’s ability to digitally transform its business and industry. We deliver enterprise-grade solutions that leverage Google’s cutting-edge technology, and tools that help developers build more sustainably. Customers in more than 200 countries and territories turn to Google Cloud as their trusted partner to enable growth and solve their most critical business problems.
Responsibilities

Identify opportunities to promote Google Workspace products to the existing Workspace customers.

Cultivate Google Workspace usage, adoption, and customer satisfaction over the phone with customers.

Liaise with marketing and product teams to improve the overall experience.

Work with reseller partners to generate business opportunities through the partner channel.
Minimum qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
-
2 years of experience in one or more of the following: sales, building client relationships, or account management.
-
Experience in technology sales, with a focus on developing relationships with current business customers and growing their spend.

Ability to communicate in English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications
-
Experience in executing email campaigns through marketing automation and CRM tools.

Experience in selling with and through resellers.
-
Experience in Google Workspace or promoting productivity tools.
-
Experience in translating analysis and insights into business plans.
-
Experience in SaaS promoting to Small and Medium Businesses (SMB) and Mid-Market customers.
-
Ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities and varying deadlines.
