In this role, you will focus on helping entrepreneurs, both individually and broadly, build their online presence and grow their businesses. You will grow the unique needs of advertising companies, strategists, analysts, advisers, and support specialists who collaborate closely to spot and analyze customer needs and trends.

Responsibilities

Deliver against quarterly business and product growth goals, while prioritizing and delivering an outstanding experience to Google's advertisers within Brazil.

Build and manage a pipeline through proactive identification of high-potential business in addition to close partnership with our marketing teams.
-
Establish relationships via phone calls or e-mail marketing and design effective marketing strategies using expert product knowledge and deliver outstanding customer sales experience to drive long-term success for our customers.
-
Collaborate with account managers to support clients by negotiating how to divide their demands among yourselves (based on skills and roles), contributing to their overall satisfaction.

Consult with C-level clients to achieve online marketing-business goals through utilizing the full suite of Google’s marketing solutions.
Minimum qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
-
2 years of experience in advertising, sales, marketing, consulting, or media.
-
Experience in sales, account management, marketing or consulting.
-
Experience in media planning, sales or cross-channel marketing plans.
-
Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently to engage with clients in the region.
Preferred qualifications
-
Experience in hunting, acquisition, and within a start-up environment.
-
Experience in planning, delivering and executing marketing campaigns, measurement and creative strategy.
-
Ability to grow in a changing environment.
-
Ability to own a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context, and consistently overachieve quotas to drive growth.

Ability to think issues and develop recommendations and action plans.
