Responsibilities

Manage relationships with existing clients and develop a thorough understanding of their business objectives, goals, and challenges.

Identify and pursue opportunities in your book of business, prioritize accounts, handle objections, and evaluate campaign effectiveness

Consult with C-level clients to achieve national and international marketing goals. Utilize Google’s marketing solutions suite, specifically app advertising.
-
Provide outstanding service to clients and design app marketing solutions to drive long-term success.
-
Contribute to the development of Google’s comprehensive suite of app install advertisement products. Work and collaborate with various sets of mobile-focused cross-functional teams.
Minimum qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
-
5 years of experience in mobile, apps and digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing roles.

Ability to communicate fluently in English and Polish to engage with clients in the region.
Preferred qualifications
-
Experience working with clients and building relationships with executive-level stakeholders.

Experience meeting or exceeding sales goals while building pipeline and pitching ads solutions.

Understanding of the digital marketing landscape.

Understanding of app marketers and the app ecosystem.
-
Ability to work well in a team and be proactive, organized, and responsible.

Effective communication skills with the ability to pitch comprehensive advertising solutions.
