In this role, you will partner with new customers during their onboarding period to establish goals and strategies for their products and services. You will manage a portfolio of new customers for six months, driving growth for the next generation of Google clients. You will work within a collaborative team, leveraging creativity to transform businesses. In this position, you will utilize your expertise in product knowledge, consultative sales, and account management while working cross-functionally with Acquisitions, Product, Program, and Same-Store teams.

Responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with clients to develop an understanding of their business challenges, marketing objectives, and metrics.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure workflows and projects are completed on time and to standard.
- Achieve growth goals through the presentation of Google advertising solutions that help clients meet their marketing objectives.
- Develop data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals and quantify impact opportunities.
- Maintain a deep understanding of how Google advertising products meet a wide range of marketing objectives.
Minimum qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

2 years of experience in advertising, sales, marketing, consulting, or media.

Ability to communicate in Mandarin and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in launching and managing paid digital advertising campaigns, and other digital marketing platforms.
- Experience working with channel business, advertisers, agencies, or clients.
- Experience assessing client needs and achieving goals via sales techniques, including questioning and objection handling.
- Experience in the application or gaming industry.
- Ability to manage and prioritize a portfolio in an advertising or media business context to drive growth.
- Ability to build narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy.
