Serve as a key business advisor and create a center of excellence around cloud application development technologies, including the hiring, onboarding, and management of both full-time employees and contingent workforce.

Establish processes to drive the Service Delivery App Dev strategy in support of the business, including responsibility for App Dev-related pre-sales Statement of Work (SoW) support and approval activities, and serve as the primary point of contact with regional teams for any data-related needs.

Manage processes to create reusable artifacts for public sector business, working in partnership with other service delivery teams to establish global processes for various compliance or private cloud related solutions for the aimed customers.

Present technical materials effectively to various stakeholder groups.

Engage effectively with executives of enterprises on both technical and non-technical matters.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.

3 years of experience in system design or one programming language (e.g., Java, C++, Python, etc.).

3 years of experience in technical troubleshooting, and managing internal/external partners or customers.
