The Google Cloud Consulting Professional Services team empowers the region's key customers to achieve their digital transformation in the AI era. As an Innovation and Digital Transformation consultant, you will be a key partner, guiding these customers through the most critical phases of their cloud journey to help them succeed. You will guide their innovation and transformation initiatives, leveraging the full potential of Google's technology and AI-powered solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Guide customers through digital transformation by providing solutions to their business and technology issues; collaborating with sales to identify and close new opportunities, pitching innovative solutions.

  • Leverage expertise in innovation to solve complex problems and create holistic programs; facilitate workshops to identify and prioritize new ideas.

  • Lead the creation and execution of product plans, customer journeys, and go-to-market strategies, ensuring success through clear KPIs.

  • Empower customers to understand their cloud usage through visibility, usage statistics, and KPIs, validating recommendations and tracking success.

  • Foster collaboration internally and externally, ensuring alignment, maintaining documentation, and communicating progress effectively.

Minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 8 years of experience in a consulting role working with stakeholders, driving customer technical implementations or transformation programs.

  • Experience delivering cloud adoption or cloud digital innovation programs with enterprise companies.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience managing products and technologies in Cloud or SaaS technology.

  • Experience in developing cloud business cases and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis aligning technology costs to business value metrics.
