As a Principal Growth Manager, you will be part of a team dedicated to helping mobile-first companies grow their business using Google products and services. You will advise customers on marketing strategies utilizing all of Google’s marketing products to help them achieve their business goals. You will serve as an advocate for mobile-first businesses within Google.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $124,000-$180,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

Manage relationships with existing clients and develop an understanding of business objectives, goals, and challenges.

Identify and pursue opportunities in the book of business, prioritize accounts, manage objections, and evaluate campaign effectiveness by utilizing Google’s marketing solutions suite, specifically app advertising.

Consult with C-level clients to achieve national and global marketing goals.

Provide positive service to clients and design app marketing solutions for clients to drive long-term success.
Minimum qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

8 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Preferred qualifications

Experience in mobile, apps, and digital advertising.

Experience managing customer objections and providing strategic recommendations.

Experience analyzing data to draw meaningful conclusions.

Experience working with customers and building relationships within an organization.
-
Experience engaging and influencing C-level executive stakeholders.
